International shipping is not available at this time.

• Hand-painted and made-to-order pieces require up to 14 days for fulfillment.
Each piece is created with intention and care, and this timeline ensures the highest quality.

• Ready-made home fragrance items (candles, room sprays) typically ship within 3–5 business days.

Split Shipments

Callie Décor uses different fulfillment methods for different products:

Framed Canvas Wall Art

• Fulfilled by an external production partner

• Always ships separately from all other items

• Will arrive in its own package with its own tracking number

Hand-Painted Art + Candles/Room Sprays (Same Order)

• These items ship together in one package

• Home fragrance items (candles or sprays) will be delayed to match the hand-painted fulfillment window

• No separate shipment will be created in this scenario

Other Mixed Orders

If an order contains items with materially different fulfillment methods, Callie Décor may ship items in multiple packages to ensure proper handling and delivery.
Separate tracking numbers will be provided for any split shipments.

Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages

After a package has been scanned by the carrier, it is considered to be in the carrier’s possession.
